Hypnobabies to help birthing

  Who would have thought that I would be so excited to give birth! Hypnobabies has helped me so much so far and I've only been doing it for two weeks!

  For this baby we are planning a home water birth. Unlike my first which we had at the hospital. It was an all natural unmedicated birth and I guess it couldn't have went better with what information I knew at the time. But I hated it! It was painful and I was in fear. I didn't trust my body to do the job it is suppose to do. That was the problem, well and the hospital, doctors and nurses poking and proding me. Always bothering me and making it worse! 

  So to tell you the truth when we found out we were pregnant again I was kind of scared, as most second time moms would be. Because you know how much it hurts! 

  But now after only doing two weeks of hypnobabies I am excited for my birthing.
Listening to the CDs definitely helps ease your mind and prepares you for your babies birthing.
